KEN FISH

Ken Fish, is a skilled leader, trainer, coach and mentor. He has held varying executive positions during his 35 years of professional experience. He is passionately enthusiastic in his approach to all that his does.

Ken has raised two sons, both of whom are happy and successful in life. He holds a passion for the outdoors, where he can often be found spending his down time.

Ken proudly served his country in the United States Navy from October 1978 to April 1988.  During that time, he was assigned to the USS Guadalcanal in the Persian Gulf during the Iranian and Iraqi war in 1987.  The ship was used to escort oil tankers in and out the Gulf using mine sweeping technology to allow for safe passage. During his military career, Ken was awarded a Navy Achievement Medal, an Overseas Service Ribbon, two good conduct medals and a Meritorious Promotion to Petty Officer first-class, among others.

During and after his service in the U.S. Navy, Ken studied at various universities majoring in business management. He has also attended executive leadership courses at Harvard Business School, Cornell University, Chicago University and Duke Executive Leadership Academy.

Professionally, Ken has spent his entire career managing and leading people working at the executive level. His ongoing passion for training and people development has led him to become certified in the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership programs.

Ken is highly respected as an industry professional, known for ability to educate and motivate both individuals and teams alike. He possesses a keen ability to transform dysfunctional teams into highly performing entities.

ARIC MORRISON

Aric Morrison, is a motivational speaker, author and humanitarian. He is a successful business executive with over 30 years experience in the corporate landscape. He has always held a passion to lead and motivate people at every level of their professional development.

At home, he is also the very proud father of two boys. Both of whom are his absolute inspiration and motivation for everything he does in life. 

Aric studied at Plymouth State University from 1985-1992, having graduated with three business degrees and minor in mathematics. His education has been the foundation for the continued success in the business world that he has been so fortunate to achieve.

Aric's professional career centered around managing and leading people in an executive level capacity, for several publicly traded Fortune 200 companies, representing revenues in excess of 4B.

Mr Morrison is accomplished in delivering top financial results for shareholders. He is highly respected as an industry professional, known for his ability to foster collaboration across business units and form highly successful leadership teams. Additionally, he is highly proficient in driving business growth while nurturing vendor relationships on local, regional, and national levels.

Operations Management:  Over 20 years of successful senior executive leadership, earning top financial results throughout the organization. Created and implemented programs designed to meet all corporate financial objectives. Fostered brand growth via sales and margin initiatives while instituting aggressive expense control disciplines. KATE CATTANI

Kate Cattani is a successful creative professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of corporate, agency, and startup experience. She has worked with companies of all sizes, engaging all levels of professionals across a multitude of industries, helping them reach their goals and establish a position of leadership in a competitive landscape. 

Kate is driven by a passion for innovation and creativity, but her greatest passion is being a mother. Her daughter is a student at Rutgers School of Engineering and captain of the Rutgers Equestrian Team. Kate credits single-motherhood for giving her the confidence and courage to do whatever it takes to achieve success for her family, including continuing her education while working full time and stepping out of the corporate cushion into the uncertain entrepreneurial space.

Education has always been Kate's top priority. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware, a Masters Degree in Communication and Information Studies from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and has completed myriad certifications throughout her career.  She brings her passion for learning to every role, and takes time to mentor young women as they begin their professional careers. It is this passion that led Kate to Meredith and Main, where she can creatively use her knowledge, experience, and training to help others achieve their greatest success.

Brand Development. With her finger on the pulse of cultural trends and an astute understanding of consumer behavior, Kate has driven sales and improved brand image for many companies through the development of strategic marketing initiatives, innovative creative campaigns, and promoting cultural change within organizations.  

Processes & Logistics. Having a penchant for problem-solving and an obsession with technology, Kate prides herself on developing processes and logistical solutions for clients to reduce costs, increase efficiency and boost productivity. Her creativity extends into everything Kate does, including leading the development of proprietary technology solutions to reduce redundant work and allow employees to fully use their talents to achieve an organization's larger goals.

Leadership. Kate's leadership experience is unique in that she has spent almost her entire career managing virtual teams and nurturing relationships with key clients that are spread out across the United States.
